RENEWAL ANALYSIS
• Pre-Renewal Process should take place well before the anticipated delivery of your plan’s renewal. We will help establish renewal / marketing objectives and update you on market trends. We will also provide our projection for the anticipated renewal, request the renewal from your plan’s carrier / vendor and prepare any Request for Proposal needed to market your plan.
• Renewal Process includes the presentation of the negotiated renewal or marketing results and the review of the objective and evaluation criteria set during the pre-renewal process. We will model and analyze employee contribution scenarios and assist in the development of any employee communications.
