Strategic Planning for long and short term objectives including an annual planning meeting, interviews with senior management and employee surveys.

Merger and Acquisition Due Dilligence that includes a complete analysis and comparison of plan design, costs, and terminal liabilities. We also help identify any potential exposures and transitional issues and develop a cost projection for the consolidated plans.

Benefit Plan Benchmarking which consists of a total review of plan costs, plan designs offered, and employee benefit contributions.
